COURSE: The course is smooth and rolling. The course will be single lined and flagged with various distance marked.

2:45pm – Arrive at Whitetail Golf Course & Set Camp
3:00pm – Course Preview
3:10pm – Women’s Team War-Up Begins
3:50pm – Women Must Be At The Start Line & Checked-In
4:00pm – Women’s 6K Race
4:10pm – Men’s Team Warm-Up Begins
4:30pm – Women’s Recovery Protocol & Cool Down
4:50pm – Men Must Be At The Start Line & Checked-In
5:00pm – Men’s 8K Race
5:30pm – Men’s Recovery Protocol & Cool Down
6:00pm – Awards Ceremony – Be a Class Act even if others are not!
7:00pm – Team Dinner (Fish Fry & Buffet) In The Club House
7:45pm – Estimated Time Of Departure
8:15pm-8:30pm – Estimated Return To Menomonie, WI
