MEET INFORMATION
DATE: Saturday, October 27, 2007

HOST: UW-Oshkosh

LOCATION: UW-Oshkosh host its cross country meets at the Lake Breeze Golf Course located in Winneconne, Wisconsin.

PARKING: Parking is free for team vehicles and adjacent to the course. Spectators will be charged $5 per vehicle.

ADMISSION: Covered by parking.

CONCESSIONS: Available

FACILITIES: Port-a-potties will be available near the start area. The clubhouse is off limits to all athletes. The clubhouse is only open to coaches during the check-in time period on Saturday morning. The Kolf Sports Center will be available after the meet for showering.

RESULTS: Results will be posted following the race and posted online at http://www.pttiming.com/.

COURSE: The terrain is basically flat with some slight, gradual grades. The highest elevation is located where the start merges with the large loop. The lowest elevations are at the start/finish and the 1-mile area. The footing is smooth and generally firm throughout the course. Three eighth inch spikes are recommended.

COURSE INSPECTION: Open from 2:30pm-4:30pm on Friday, October 26. The course will be open for warm-ups after the frost is off the grass on race day, no later than 10:30am. Please stay off the greens, tee boxes, and sand traps.

AWARDS
Trophy to the women’s and men’s championship team. WIAC First-Team All-Conference Honors awarded to the top seven competitors per race – each will receive a plaque. WIAC Second-Team All-Conference Honors awarded to the 8th-14th place finishers per race – each will receive a medal. WIAC Honorable Mention Honors awarded to the 15th-20th place finishers per race – each will receive a certificate. Awards will also be distributed to the Athlete-of-the-Week Honorees, WIAC Coach-of-the-Year, and WIAC Scholar-Athletes.
